Description: 48" x 96" Moving table with (1) vacuum zone that includes (3) adjustable X-axis location
pins. The table is 2" thick solid cast aluminum plate, machined vacuum table w/ground
surface finish, extra Heavy Duty fixed gantry bridge.
Axis Travel: X-Axis programmable travel is 109", Y-axis travel is 78" & Z-axis travel is 6"
with a 9-1/2" vertical clearance under the bridge. The head is powered down into the "work
position" via an M-code. Travel positioning is maintained via the controller reading (64,000)
pulses/revolution by encoders mounted directly on each Servo motor w/with axis
positioning repeatability of +/- 0.0004" (0.010 mm); X & Y-axis rapid traverse speed 1,250
IPM, Z-axis rapid traverse speed 600 IPM, max. machining feed rates of 1,250 IPM.
Equipped with: (1) 12 HP 4-Pole "BT-30" taper router spindle for vertical routing, variable
speed 6,000 - 18,000 RPM; router is mounted on slides for individual positioning by Servo
motors; "BT-30" taper tool holders for use with max. collet/tool shank dia. of 3/4" (19 mm).
Additionally equipped with: (1) 11-spindle boring block w/(7) individually programmable
